Requirements
Every gram counts, and so does every connection.
In aerospace, low weight and maximum reliability are written into the specification at the same time. Cables and connectors have to withstand vibration and changing temperatures without carrying unnecessary mass.
We design cable systems for optimised weight, select suitable cables (Teflon control cables for example) and manufacture with monitored crimping and electrical final testing.

For drones and VTOL systems we produce motor cables, control cables and wiring harnesses that carry power and signals reliably in a confined installation space. Many of these projects start as a prototype and grow through small series into series production, with us from a single source.

Our batch and process traceability extends from the individual cable to the finished wiring harness; you receive test records with every delivery on request. We clarify special requirements from your specifications before the project starts.

Do you produce cables for drones?
Yes. We produce motor and control cables as well as wiring harnesses for drones and VTOL systems, from the prototype through small series to series production.
How can the weight of a wiring harness be reduced?
Through suitable cross sections, lightweight cable and protective materials, short cable routes and a design without unnecessary reserves. We define that together with you during the design stage.
Do you supply test records?
Yes, with every delivery on request. Processing is traceable from the individual cable to the finished wiring harness.
Do you also produce single pieces for test platforms?
Yes. We produce samples and single pieces with the same processes and tests as the series.
