For companies in control cabinet manufacturing we pre-produce wiring harnesses, cable looms and cable sets in our own plant. They reach your assembly area as bought-in parts, just in time, and are wired straight in, without cutting to length, stripping and crimping at the workstation. That noticeably increases the efficiency of your production.
We produce for control cabinets, control systems, automation technology and power electronics, as one-off items as well as in series production and with consistent quality. High quality contact technology and 3D based planning ensure long lasting connections.

Yes. We assemble cables with wire end ferrules, cable lugs or connectors and mark cables and branches to your specification.
Do you also produce small quantities for control cabinet manufacturing?
Yes, from single pieces and samples through to series production with framework and call-off orders.
Are the cables tested?
Yes. Assembled cable sets and wiring harnesses are tested electrically for continuity and short circuits, with a test report on request.
Which documents do you need for a quote?
A bill of materials with cable types, lengths and connections, a drawing or a sample is enough. You can upload files in the enquiry form.
Do you supply pre-assembled cable sets just in time?
Yes. Wiring harnesses, cable looms and cable sets arrive as bought-in parts to suit your assembly schedule and are wired straight in. For recurring requirements we agree framework and call-off orders.
