Every vehicle is a one-off.
Fire service, municipal and military vehicles, agricultural, civil engineering and construction vehicles, motorhomes and expedition vehicles are built in small quantities and often individually. Their electrics have to match that exact build: with additional loads, controls, lighting and sensors that the series on board power system does not provide for.
We plan the wiring with you, manufacture custom made wiring harnesses and distribution units and integrate sensors, control units and additional modules into the existing vehicle system. High quality connectors, shielded cables and robust outer sheathing withstand heavy vibration, extreme temperatures and moisture.
Motorhome & expedition
Complete on board power systems for the living area.
In expedition and motorhome construction we supply complete on board power systems for the body: from the solar system and the charging infrastructure to lighting, kitchen installation and cabinet installations. The system arrives ready to install. Every branch outlet is labelled by load, so that installation in the vehicle stays clear and every circuit can be traced later.

The examples come from our production. Because conversions are rarely alike, we also manufacture single pieces and small series economically, with the same testing as in series production.
Conversion
Extending existing systems cleanly.
In a conversion the new wiring has to work together with the existing vehicle electrics. We look at the existing system architecture, propose separation points and interfaces and document the changes, so that workshop and service staff know later what has been installed.

Do you manufacture wiring harnesses for individual vehicles?
Yes. Special vehicles are often built in a quantity of one or in small series. We manufacture single pieces and small series using the same processes and tests as series wiring harnesses.
Can you integrate additional loads into an existing on board power system?
Yes. We integrate sensors, control units, lighting and additional modules into existing vehicle systems and adapt the wiring for conversions.
Do you also take on the planning of the wiring?
Yes. We support projects from the first technical idea through planning and design to integration in the vehicle. Our design office works with EPLAN. More under Development & design.
How are the wiring harnesses tested?
Every wiring harness is tested electrically for continuity and short circuits. Any further tests are agreed according to your requirements.
Do you supply complete on board power systems for motorhomes and expedition vehicles?
Yes. For the living area we manufacture complete on board power systems, from the solar system and the charging infrastructure to lighting, kitchen and cabinet installations. Every branch outlet is labelled by load.
