Process
Your cable set in six steps.
From the first enquiry to on time delivery, with the same contacts throughout the whole process. In detail
- Enquiry
You send us your requirements, quantities, materials and technical specifications as the basis for a first assessment.
- Coordination and quote
Our sales team gets back to you promptly and discusses every detail: by phone, in a Teams meeting or by e-mail. The quote usually follows within two to three working days if the components are stock items or already available. Complex wiring harnesses take longer.
- Design
Our technical team prepares the CAD drawing, cutting lists and bills of materials and sends them to you for approval.
- Samples
Samples are made with the same processes and tests as series production, and changes are incorporated directly.
- Production
Once you have given your approval, production starts in Kitzingen, with quality controls throughout the whole process.
- Delivery
We coordinate the logistics for on time delivery worldwide and provide technical support afterwards on request.
Report concerns
If something is not right.
Anyone in our environment who comes across a breach of the law or of internal rules should be able to tell us. This applies to employees as well as to suppliers, customers and applicants.
Handling
Confidential and without disadvantage
We treat every report confidentially and do not pass on your identity without your consent. Anyone who reports in good faith will not suffer any disadvantage as a result.
Process
Feedback
Within seven days you will receive confirmation that your report has arrived, and within three months feedback on what has come of it.
Powertune employs fewer than 50 people and is therefore not obliged to set up an internal reporting office. We offer this channel voluntarily. Independently of this, the external reporting office of the German Federal Government at the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz) is open to you: bundesjustizamt.de/hinweisgeberstelle
