How a rebuild works
- Analysing the sample: cable types, colours, cross sections, lengths, branch dimensions, pin assignment, protection
- Preparing the documents: drawing, bill of materials and pin assignment plan
- Procuring the components: original or equivalent, agreed with you
- Building a sample and checking it against the original
- Release and production in the quantity you need
The rebuild produces production documents that remain available to you later. That turns a one off job into a repeatable delivery.
When original parts are no longer available
With older vehicles and machines in particular, connectors or cables have often been discontinued. In that case we look for equivalent alternatives that fit mechanically and electrically, and we agree them with you before we produce. Where appearance matters, with classic cars for example, we pay attention to matching colours and protective materials.

- The sample, or clear photos and dimensions
- Intended use and environment
- Quantity and target date
- Any existing documents, even if they are incomplete
