Process
Your cable set in six steps.
From the first enquiry to on time delivery, with the same contacts throughout the whole process. In detail
- Enquiry
You send us your requirements, quantities, materials and technical specifications as the basis for a first assessment.
- Coordination and quote
Our sales team gets back to you promptly and discusses every detail: by phone, in a Teams meeting or by e-mail. The quote usually follows within two to three working days.
- Design
Our technical team prepares the CAD drawing, cutting lists and bills of materials and sends them to you for approval.
- Samples
Samples are made with the same processes and tests as series production, and changes are incorporated directly.
- Production
Once you have given your approval, production starts in Kitzingen, with quality controls throughout the whole process.
- Delivery
We coordinate the logistics for on time delivery worldwide and provide technical support afterwards on request.
